Featured performers were recorded during the 1986 Haarlem Festival at the St. Bavo Church (Planyavsky, Englhardt, Tuma), the Reformed Church in Oosthuizen (Ton Koopman) and the Hooglandse Kerk in Leiden (Ewald Kooiman). Tapes were provided by Radio Nederland Transcription Service. Mr. Tuma won the Improvisation Competition in 1986. Street-organ music at the beginning and end of this program comes from a disc The Street Organs of Holland on the Musical Heritage Society label (MHS-4322), licensed from Arion AR-33542.
