Performers include past and present Cathedral organist Paul Callaway and Douglad Major and the National Cathedral Choir led by Richard W. Dirksen. The instrument, originally a 1937 E.M. Skinner organ, has been altered and expanded over the years to its present specification which lists 150 stops. Recordings of the Cathedral organ alone, featuring solos by Douglas Major, are issued on the Gothic label; CD's 118315, 118316, 18828, while recordings of the choir appear on the VQR label LP-011 and CD-2006
